Frederick Bernas worked closely with Cagney Roberts as DP/director on several episodes of this BBC Global series exploring the stories behind iconic images – scouting locations, managing logistics and crewing multi-camera shoots with prominent contributors at venues including the National Jazz Museum in Harlem.
Cagney led on editorial, pitching and production – booking interviewees, preparing questions and liaising with his BBC colleagues.
